WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since they are handmade, and each size is custom to the customer, all sales are final. However, if you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/product, email me within 5 business days of receiving the goods and I will arrange for a replacement. When emailing please supply your order number and full name.

*If you ordered the wrong size, YOU will be responsible for shipping costs both ways of returning ($8) & a remaking fee of roughly $5 per item depending on the situation.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 3-7 days for your order to process and be shipped out. I make all items by hand, and depending on current orders some may take longer to process. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is shipped with a tracking number. Please allow for shipping delays due to COVID-19.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, with the tracking number included. Please contact USPS/UPS for updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of my control, I only have access to the tracking number which is also provided to you. NO refunds will not be issued for lost goods, please reach out to UPS/USPS for refunds and information about your package.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", there is nothing I can do. Please contact your local UPS/USPS post office to get more information about your package whereabouts.

WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?

Gold filled is the next best option to solid gold at a fraction of the price. The gold is bonded onto brass, so the gold does not rub off over time, keeping the piece long lasting. Gold filled is perfect for everyday wear. You can totally shower & sweat in your gold filled jewelry! 

CAN I DO A CUSTOM ORDER?

Yes! If you have an idea/design not on my website feel free to email or direct message me on Instagram for custom orders. I would be happy to help bring your design to life. Please allow 1-3 days to receive a response.

I DIDN’T GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

All emails regarding orders will be sent from no-reply@squarespace.info, please check your spam/junk folder in case it was sorted incorrectly.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BEADZ BY Z?

All items can be worn in water without fear of tarnishing or color change. To ensure the longest life of your pieces it is recommended to avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, lotion and perfume. For cleaning gold filled items, simply rub the polishing cloth on the item until it's shiny again. The gold filled items will naturally scratch and tarnish after many years of wear.
